This Agreement applies to every visit and every activity offered at Adrenalin Park Crikvenica, including but not limited to: Adult Climbing (high ropes course), Small Adventure Course (kids trail), Zip line, Paintball, Gel Blast / Water Ball, Sumo Arena, Boxing Arena, Gladiator Fight, Aerotrim Spin Roller, Cageball, Trampoline, and any future activities added to the park's offering. The Agreement is binding regardless of whether the participant booked in advance or decided to participate on-site.

The Participant understands and accepts that the activities offered at the park involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, including but not limited to:

• Falls from heights, rope bridges, platforms, or elevated equipment elements;
• Impacts, bruising, abrasions, sprains, fractures, or dislocations occurring in contact activities;
• Dizziness, nausea, loss of orientation resulting from rotation activities (Aerotrim Spin Roller);
• Incidents caused by contact with projectiles (gel balls, paintballs) despite wearing required protective gear;
• Accidents and falls due to uneven, wet, slippery, or woodland terrain;
• Collisions with other participants or equipment elements;
• Heat stroke, dehydration, or exhaustion in warm weather conditions;
• Allergic or inflammatory reactions to natural materials in the environment (wood, latex, paint);
• Unexpected injuries occurring despite proper use of equipment and compliance with instructions;
• Medical incidents triggered by unknown or previously undisclosed health conditions of the participant.

The Signatory declares that they are participating in the chosen activities voluntarily, fully aware of all described and implicit risks. The Signatory fully and irrevocably assumes all risks of bodily injury, illness, property damage, or death that may arise in connection with activities at the park, whether caused by their own actions, the actions of third parties, or by chance.

The Signatory, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, legal representatives, and legal successors, irrevocably and unconditionally releases Obrt Colosseum, owner Leonid Burkovszky, and all employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, representatives, associates, and legal successors (hereinafter "the Operator") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from — or in any way connected with — the Signatory's participation in the park's activities, including bodily injury, mental distress, death, or property damage.

This release of liability applies to incidents caused by the Operator's negligence, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable Croatian law.

The Signatory agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claim, lawsuit, cost, judgment, legal fee, and liability arising from the Signatory's participation in the park's activities, particularly in cases where the Signatory violated the Operator's rules and instructions or provided inaccurate information about their health condition.

The Signatory declares that they are in good health and do not suffer from conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in the chosen activities, including but not limited to: cardiac and cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, inner-ear and balance disorders, neuromuscular disorders, osteoporosis or significant musculoskeletal injuries, and pregnancy.

The Signatory agrees that the Operator has the right to refuse participation or halt the activity without liability for refund if the Operator determines that health or safety conditions prevent safe participation.

The Participant undertakes to: (i) strictly comply with all Operator and instructor rules and instructions, whether oral or written; (ii) wear required protective equipment at all times; (iii) immediately report any injuries, symptoms, or concerns to the instructor; (iv) not access activities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications affecting motor skills or judgment. Violation of these obligations excludes any Operator liability for consequential harm.

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the law of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes arising in connection with this Agreement, the competent court of jurisdiction is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Crikvenica / Rijeka.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
